Who you're contracting with
Docket is a trading name of PG Masonry Conservation Ltd, 64–66 Westwick Street, Norwich, NR2 4SZ. These terms apply whenever you order a document or a dashboard from Docket, and take effect once payment is made per the "Payment" section below.
What's included
| Order | What you get |
|---|---|
| Full Package | RAMS, Method Statement, COSHH Assessment, Condition Record, Completion Report — branded to you, plus a free live progress dashboard. |
| Single document | Whichever one document type was ordered, branded to you. |
| Compliance Pair | Any two of the five Full Package document types, branded to you. |
| Multi‑Trade Site Pack | A Full Package per trade for more than one heritage trade on the same site, at a reduced per‑trade rate from the second trade onward. |
| Condition‑Discharge Method Statement | A method statement and material specification prepared for discharge of a named listed building consent condition. Not a Heritage Statement or significance assessment. |
| CDM Construction Phase Plan | A Construction Phase Plan prepared under CDM 2015 for a notifiable heritage site. |
| PQQ/SSIP Support | Existing RAMS and policy content reformatted into the specific questionnaire format requested. |
| Hot Works Permit | A permit‑to‑work and method statement for hot works (lead, solder, welding) on a historic building. |
| Maintenance & Care Guide | A client‑facing guide to caring for the completed work. |
| Dashboard (standalone) | A live progress page for one job, set up from the information you provide. |
Returning clients receive a discount on any Single Document or Full Package from their second job onward. Where a job would otherwise qualify for both the Multi‑Trade and Returning Client discounts, only the larger of the two applies, not both.
Everything is written from the brief you provide. If your brief is incomplete, we'll ask before drafting rather than guess — this may add a short delay while we wait for your answer.
Payment
Payment is taken when your brief is confirmed, before drafting begins — not on delivery. Prices are per the current pricing on the Docket website. PG Masonry Conservation Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so the price quoted is the full price — nothing is added on top. This is confirmed with you before payment is taken.
Cancellation and refunds: if you cancel before drafting has started, you'll receive a full refund. Once drafting has started, the fee is no longer refundable, since the work itself has been done — this is why we confirm scope with you before starting, not after.
Turnaround
We aim to turn around every job the same day the brief is confirmed. This isn't a guaranteed service level — Docket is written by one person, and if that person is on site elsewhere when your brief lands, delivery may land the next working day instead. You'll be told promptly if that's the case.
Revisions
Corrections during your initial review of a document are free and don't restart the turnaround clock — the point of that review is to catch anything that doesn't match how you actually work. A reissue requested later, for scope that's genuinely changed since delivery, is charged at the flat revision fee shown on the pricing page.
Responsibility for the finished document
You remain the duty holder for any RAMS, method statement or other document produced, however it was produced — this doesn't change because Docket wrote it. You're responsible for reviewing what's delivered and confirming it accurately reflects the work before it's signed, briefed to your team, or submitted anywhere.
Docket writes every document in good faith, from the brief provided and from real conservation trade experience, and will flag plainly if a job involves a method or material outside that experience rather than guess. Docket's liability for any single order is limited to the fee paid for that order.
Confidentiality
Nothing you send — building details, scope of works, client information — is published, shown to other clients, or reused as an example, on the Docket website or anywhere else, without asking you first.
Ownership
Once paid for, the finished document is yours to use, edit, and reissue as needed for the job it was written for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
