| Source | What's collected | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Job brief form | Name, company/trade, building & location, scope of works, email | To assess the brief and provide a quote or draft the requested documents |
| Follow‑up correspondence | Anything sent by email while a job's being drafted — further job detail, revisions, invoicing information | To complete and invoice the job |
We don't use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology on this website. We don't buy in marketing lists or share your details with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to job briefs and provide quotes
- To draft, revise, and deliver the documents requested
- To invoice completed work and meet our accounting obligations
- To set up a live progress dashboard, where one's been ordered — built from information you provide, not shared beyond what you've asked to be shown to your own client
Who we share it with
Formspree

We don't sell your data. The scope of works and building details you send us are used only to write your documents — never published, shown to other clients, or reused as a sample. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA, under their own recognised data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
Briefs that don't turn into a job are kept for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch, then deleted. Records connected to a completed job (briefs, drafts, invoices) are kept for at least 6 years, as required by HMRC.
